Here is the correct link for the "settlement" (be patient-it takes awhile to load - 200 pg document). I'm in the process of looking at it, but this is a legal firm specializing in class action lawsuits so they're in if for the big bucks. I did not see any specific references to WLS or obesity. There were some references on medical necessity, but nothing specific. If this is a legal agreement, Aetna's policies should have been ammended on their web page to reflect any necessary changes. On another note, the plaintiffs appear to all be physicians (starting on page 90 or so) and with my limited legal knowledge, this lawsuit seems to pertain to physician reimbursement issues.
