Question:
Have you lost less than 100 lbs for your total wt. loss?
I need some feedback and encouragement from those who have had a total wt loss of less than 100 lbs. i am so hooked on the fact that i never made it to the century club. i know i am healthier and happier. but at 20 months out, i am dissappointed that i never reached the mark. thanks patsy in las vegas — PATSY N. Patsy, it took me nearly 2 years to lose the 100#, then I regained 10# and
have been battling to keep it off ever since. I think my stats are similar
to yours but, my age is also a factor, I'm 54. I know how frustrating it
is but I assure you---YOU WILL GET THERE!

How I sympathise with your question. I am 18 months out and still can't
get beyond 90lbs. I don't know what to do. I get @ 100gms of protein,
<15gms carbs, 800-1000 cals (mostly protein supplements), 80-100oz
water, exercise, and yet nothing seems to help. I am still practically the
same size in clothing I was this time last year. I too am very discouraged
and disheartened. I see my surgeon at the end of the month and intend to
ask. When I saw him in April he gave me Xenical - 2 days of that was
enough. I have IBS and Xenical is the last thing I need. Since April I
have lost about 8lbs. I look forward to seeing responses to this. I still
have 30-50lbs to lose.
