I play with the same five pounds and it can be quite annoying! But it does
slowly come off. I'll stall at one number for a week or two and then lose
2. Or I'll gain 2 and then suddenly lose 3. Ah the mechanics of this old
body LOL. Try doing an exercise besides walking - when what you're doing
stops showing results, they recommend shaking up your routine. Biking,
swimming, etc. Also you could try increases your caloric intake a bit.
That usually works for me. Some find they need to decrease it a bit...but
for me, I find that if I up it a bit for about a week then drop back to my
normal intake, it tosses me back into losing. Best of luck and congrats on
102 POUNDS!!!!

I lost only 10 pounds from my 9 month check up to my 12 month check up. My
doctor said he was surprised I lost another 10 pounds. He said that the
surgery has done what it was going to do and rest is up to me. More
exercise and re-arrange my calories. (Not eat less, just different...cut
back on the white carbs and eat more fruit and veggies).

Joy, your profile doesn't give us any indication of what you are eating,
how much and how often, how often you walk, water intake, etc, etc. Hard
to answer you without that info. Generically, however, try changing the
daily calorie amounts you take it-yes, raise it by a few hundred for a week
or so, then lower it-change up your exercise routine-add a session or do
something other than walking-drink more water, etc, etc. I doubt your
finished at 9 months but may need adjustments to keep it going.
