Tracey,
I would wear what is comfortable. I wore my regular PJ's. What I would
do though is take your own pillows. I did and it helped my comfort level
more that anything I could have worn.

Hi, I just wore my regular PJ's. You want to make yourself as comfortable
as you would be at home.

When I've done sleep studies, they have always attached wires to my legs.
It's easier for them to do that if you have short legged bottoms on.
Regular pj's are fine, but so are shorts and a t-shirt. I have worn a
one-piece short-legged, short-sleeved body suit, the kind you would wear to
work out in. One technician wasn't happy with that because I had to take
the wire and put it down through the body suit and out the leg opening, but
it was comfortable to sleep in.

I wore regular pj's, which were shorts and a shirt. I usually sleep with a
fan on at night to cover my husband's snoring. I asked them if they had a
fan, and they did, so they turned that on for me. If you use something to
help you sleep, you may want to bring it with you. Also, I was always
really cold during both times I went, so you might want to make sure to get
an extra blanket from them. My experience was like staying in a hotel
room.
