Question:
HAS ANYONE DEALTH WITH THIS INSUANCE IN GETTING APPROVAL FOR SURGEY ?

I'm in Ohio but I do have Anthem BC/BS ppo of ohio. I chose an in network surgeon and got my approval within 3 weeks....probably would have gotten it sooner but the Dr office was gathering info for me and that was kinda slow. Good luck. Jamie
