What type of surgery did you have? Are you following the rules regarding
what to eat? Getting enough protein?

Don't worry the slower it comes off the better!!! Your body is catching
up. You will go thru many stand stills. Get the tape measure out I bet your
losing inches! This is not a diet. You will not fail this time! Make sure
you are eating real food not protein powder. Protein powder will put your
weight back on you within 3 years. Eat every 3 hours whatever you can
tolerate. FOOD NOT PROTEIN POWDER! I am almost 8 years out and I am still
under 130 lbs from 247lbs.

I followed my Dr's diet to the "T". I was only allowed protein
for the first three phases, then I was allowed green veggies until I lost
75% of my weight.

Your body is still adjusting to the wls and is screaming wtf did you do to
me? Stalls are extremely common at this stage of the game. Come to think
about it, it's very common no matter where you are in this journey that we
are taking.
