Question:
5-days lap-band post-op is discomfort & bloating normal???

I'm not experiencing any nausea or vomiting but when I do eat of drink I feel a lot of discomfort (mainly pressure)& serious bloating! Is this normal?    — lucylove (posted on April 25, 2010)

I had a lot of bloating and gas after the band, occaisionally still get it at 4 mo out. I took lots of gas x to relieve it. Helped tremendously. I even got pressure in my neck and shoulder. Walk, walk, walk. Good Luck and God Bless you on this journey!!
