There are flavored clear protein drinks, ISOPURE is one, also, there are
non-flavored protein powders you can add to water or Crystal light. Look
at you local GMC or Vitamin shops for other options as well. Good luck.

YES!! I hate shakes. Get the unflavored Unjury and mix it with Crystal
light. I mix 20 oz water with two scoops unjury (40g protein) and two
individual crystal light packs like fruit punch. Then I pour it over a full
glass of ice and use a straw to sip on that all day. Keep adding ice
because it is better cold and you
will get in your protein and liquids! Also at Bariatric choice.com they
have a hot chocolate that is awesome and has 15g protein. Hope that helps!

Be careful, you must get in 60 grams of protein a day. Plus, my doctor
told me never to use a straw. For me it was a trail and error with shakes,
I found Max Pro from GNC and I like it. My doctor also said that there
isn't enough protein in baby food, food for thought. This is a very rough
procedure, I feel for you.

apparently some people can't read. The best way to get your protein in is
meats, fish, eggs and cheeses. Chewing to a mush will actually make you
less hungry and last longer in your new stomach. Thus less frequent eating.
Our bodies will ony absorb 32 grams of protein every three hours. So
anything above 32 is kicked out and just wasted calories your intaking.

Greek yogurt, eggs, pureed meats, cottage cheese, baked or broiled white
fish, tuna, boiled chicken, etc....I ate all of the above the first week
after surgery, but still needed a protein supplement for 3 mos. Protein
powders did not agree with me...The ONLY protein supplement I could handle
was Isopure clear/no carb bottles...I sipped on one bottle daily and ate as
much real food for protein as i could...After 3 mos I stopped drinking
protein and went on to lose 150 lbs which I have kept off for the last 6
years.
