toning the body

Exercise is important for building a stronger, healthier structure UNDER the skin. Other than that there is little you can do to tone skin. It will retract only so much. If you lost a significant amount of weight and you are over 30 yrs old, chances are high that skin is going to be with you until you have plastics to remove it. Until that time comes most folks invest in a few Spanx type garments to help smooth our silhouettes and keep the jiggle down.

well i think i can tone with the right exercise hopefully..im under 30
