Question:
Seem to be gaining weight
I am 4 years out from having gastric bypass and seem to be on a weight gaining issue. Does anyone have any suggestions that can help stop this process. — karenhoward (posted on January 17, 2010)

I am 6 years post op, Last summer I started gaining a few pounds. In the
fall I started a new vitamin because I was severely anemic, tired, and
wanted to fell better. Since starting the vitamin I lost all the pounds I
put on and feel better than I have in a long time. Check it out
www.Jones.Vemma.com or email me and I would be happy to share more
information on what has worked for me! Good Luck,

What a cruel thing to do; to spam the website with your products. Some of
us have in fact gained weight after our surgeries (I'm over 7 years post op
and regained about 40 of what I lost becuase of meds and lack of activity).
Take your deceptive little self and go away; let those of us who truly
want to help others and who truly need the help alone.

ok So you will want to have blood work done to check for thyroid or anemia
and homonal problems. If you have started any new medications see if these
may be the problem. Other wise look at your diet and exercise. Be sure to
cut out any high carb foods you may have added over time. Drink lots of
water. Hope this helps.
