Question:
I have a date set for Lap-Band surgery in June and I would like any advise possible?

Follow your pre-op diet, it will make life a lot easier for you and your surgeon. Be prepared to stay out of work 1-2 weeks. Two weeks would be great in order to regain all your strength. Good Luck. You're going to love the results!!

If you want a group in your area, you might try looking at some of the other online sites that are specifically for lab banders. There is www.lapbandtalk.com and www.lapband.com that you might take a look at.
