Well I am 65 and I have that problem. I went to Nordstrom's and got fitted
for some good bra's. One was a workout bra and then 2 regular bras. You
don't know 'heaven' until you have been fitted for a bra! I am sure there
are other stores which provide fitting services like Victoria Secret,
Macy's, etc.

Over half of all women are said to wear the wrong size bra. You're size is
5" plus the measurement under the breast. Cup size is calculated in
various ways, and there are several good sites, if you search the internet,
to find this. It should not dig into your flesh, the piece between the
cups should lie flat on your sternum and the shoulder straps should only
hold 10% of the weight. If it makes you look like you have four breasts,
the cup is too small. If it is an empty bag, it's too large. My wife
thought she wore a 38D. We found out she wears a 42C. She is much happier
and looks great!

website. www.spanx.com good luck and let us know what works for your
