Hi Kathy, I have not personally tried this and I have heard mixed reviews, but here is the website...you can check it out and see what you think. I think the thinking on it is go back to basics to "reset" your pouch. Take care and good luck! Suz http://www.5daypouchtest.com/

I think you should talk to your doctor before doing this pouch test thing. It sounds like one of those "fad" diets we all did to try to loose weight in the first place.......You've come a long way to mess up your surgery, so just in case, I would call your doc.
