the one I use is http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/calorie_counter.asp I am going to check out the other ones too. Good question, I was wondering if there were any others. The site i sent you has a lot of restrant foods and thier nut value. marsha

thedailyplate.com i tried both that and fitday and i find that thedailyplate has more listings and is more user friendly for me.

I don't know what your support group instructed you to do, but mine instructs us to count sugar grams over carbs. I checked out the other sites and the only site that counts the sugar grams is the-claorie-counter.com. good luck Marsha
