I have heard that MOST fats are mal-obsorbed....what fats aren"t?

Mostly it's a %. And what YOU malabsorb wil be different than what *I*
malabsorb. Not only are our surgeries not identical, neither are we. The
good news is that we malabsorb some, the bad news is that we also malabsorb
the fat soluble vites with it. A, D & E need to be supplemented in DRY
form and need to be tested regularly. While your lipids will start to look
good, your vitamins might start to fall. Mixed blessing. But you asked
WHICH? That's all the junky fats AND the good fats, like the Omegas.
