I have my first consult with my Dr. Should I bring any medical paperwork with me?

Yes take all of the paper work with you about your health that way he or she knows what route to take with you. Good Luck!

I had my consult a couple weeks ago. The main thing my doc wanted to know was my medical history, of any medical porblems I have or had in the past. He also wanted to know what medications I take, how often and what dose. You may want to call the doc you are going to see and ask if there are any specific records you need to bring with you. Oh yeah, and my doc also wanted to know about past and current diet attempts, and how much weight loss and gain back I had. Good luck to you, Melissa
