Hello Nancy, keep up your GREAT work!!! As for your husband he is the one with issues!!!! It seems like he is very jealous person and he is insercure that when you get thin you will leave him, and if he kept up his crap his bags would be packed and out the door!!!! If there is a will there is a way, and you of all people should no that since you did have this surgery. Have you tryed reasuring him? It just seems like he is jealous and dont let him take away your new HEALTHY you away! Best of Luck and if you need someone to talk to Iam here. Take Care and Good Luck Christine :)

Wow.. I'm so sorry you're going through this.. yes, it does seem its your husband's problem -- but clearly its yours too. Some counseling sounds like its in order.. can you get some therapy together? If not, you'll have to stop letting it bother you as you can't change his behavior... only your own. You might try talking to him and asking him why he's behaving like that -- maybe some understanding on your part and aknowledging his feelings might help? Its very hard sometimes for our spouses to continue to feel secure when we change so drastically. Good luck! Do you have a local support group? You should bring this up, I'm sure you're not the only one who's been through this.
