Question:
Where do you find Sugar Free/Fat Free Puddings?
I've looked in several places and only find FF pudding, where do you find SF pudding? In mixes or in ready made cups? — Laura K. (posted on April 4, 2003)

I don't know of any pre-mixed fat free/sugar free puddings. However, you
can get mixes in the same place in the store as the Jello. They make one
that is sugar free and if you use skim milk to make it, it will also be fat
free.

Here I find it in any grocery in the pudding/jello isles along with the
regular and ff types....

I agree with Gar, there are no pre-made SF Jello Puddings out there,
regular jello yes, Pudding NO. Buy Jell-o SF and make it with Skim Milk.
This is great as a newbie and still a nice treat when everyone else is
eating desert. Good luck. Heather Open RNY 8/15/02 (305/198/150)

The only one that I have found is Jello fat freee/sugar free pudding. You
have to mix it with 2 cups of skim milk, but it only takes a couple of
minutes, and is ready is 5 minutes.

While I have yet to find any FF/SF pudding already mixed, Jello and many
store brands (Kroger) make boxed instant FF/SF pudding in many
flavors....lemon, chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch, white chocolate,
chocolate fudge, pistachio. Gladware makes tiny 1/2 cup containers, so you
can make your own grab-in go.

I've looked all over for pre-made sugar-free puddings and can't find them.
Many stores have their own store-brand in a box that you mix with
skim-milk....I know Kroger does, but then you can get the Jello brand
sugar-free puddings in grocery stores in the blue box. There's plendy of
recipes that use the sugar-free jello....quite a few in my recipe book for
RNY patients. If you're interested, see my profile page or
www.freewebs.com/recipes-after-rny for photos, sample recipes and ordering
information.

Well, like all of you, I've never seen SF jello pudding in ready to eat
cups (the sf jello does come this way-in dairy section usually).... sooooo
I visited the Jello website, and submitted a question as to whether they
make it, and if not, why?? I'll let you know what I hear.
