Question:
Dizziness after sleeve surgery anyone else?

Hello I had the sleeve done on 10/15/2013 and ever since I had the sleeve anytime I get up to fast or if I jump up I get really dizzy to the point where I have to hold on to the wall until the dizziness goes away has anyone else experienced this after having the sleeve done? Great question. I had RNY in 2001 and experienced this after my surgery. I was even hospitalized with it. They never found a reason but explained this can happen with a drastic weight loss and adjusting of blood volume. You could post your question on our Sleeve MB to ask other members. Your BP is probably low, which is a good thing! Before my WLS it was uncontroably high. Tended to be worse when humans circidian rythym resets. 3 to 4 PM daily. I was dizzy a lot and saw stars sometimes getting up out of a chair.... Its better to get up SLOWLY, It took my body about a year to adjust..
