go the community click it on go to chatroom and follow direction you will go to the obestity help chatroom, know you found people to talk to there. Dorothy

It's the old saying "the best way to have a friend is to be a friend." Hang out on the site, read, post. Check out you State forum. Fill out your profile & make it interesting. I tend to ask people to "friend me" that have something in common... like - location, doctor, exercise, cooking interest, etc. Youe profile is pretty non-existant. You don't need to give your address but your location based on the nearest Big city. Tell us something about yourself. And most important give it time! Best of Luck on your journey! Lorraine
