Question:
Is my doctor able to run a test and see if my pouch has stretched out?

Also, I spoke to a lady this week who was said she is going back into the same surgeon I had and having a "plate" put in that will keep her pouch from expanding, ever heard of this?    — Reecie1269 (posted on October 7, 2009)

I have not heard of a plate to keep the pouch from stretching but he can do a scope and see if it is streched out or there is any other problems with it.

May I ask, why do you think your pouch has stretched? How long has it been since surgery? How many fills have you had? Did you have restriction and then none or something?
