smoothies

what i would suggest is taking some greek yogurt and throwing it in a
blender with ice and protein powder-- then adding some blueberries or
strawberries. it will be wonderfully fruity and protein packed! i
wouldn't do "just" the fruit though.

Do I have a smoothie. I take a carb master yogert (from Kroger, put about
a quarter cup of soy vanilla milk two sugarfree peach slices, one sweet n
low two ice wedges and blend OMG. Is it good! Has about 16 grams of
protein.

I normally have a smoothie every so many days. I make a sf banana-berry
smoothie. Its really yummy. I use 1 med banana, 1/2 c any type of berries,
1 c skim milk, 1 serving of fat free sugar, a few ice cubes, and 2 splenda
packets.
