Question:
After RNY surgery when is it ok to have sex?

I just had RNY surgery on the 29th of May. I know now is too soon to return to having sex, but when do most people start having sex again?    — MyOrchids (posted on June 4, 2009)

my doctor told me as soon as i felt like i wanted to.

my doctor told me to wait 3 weeks. every surgeon is different though. good luck

My doc also said to wait until I felt up to it after 3 weeks. That's when he cleared me for pretty much everything since my incisions were healing nicely and I wasn't having any complications.
