You really need to consult the bariatric center where you receive your
services or with your surgeon. Every program is different; therefore, it
would be improper for anyone to tell you what's OK to have (or not).
Hopefully you're receiving services from a bariatric center that has
dietitians on staff that can help you. If it's like the I center I go to,
their services are free.

All surgeons are different with their post op dietary guidelines that they
have their patients follow. You should contact your surgeons office and/or
your nutritionist so they can advise you as to what you should and can eat
at this point. What any of us were permitted to eat at 13 weeks post op may
not necessarily be the same as what your surgeon will allow you to eat.

congrats on the loss! And welcome to the losing side!! Your doc's office
should have a list of foods to eat that will guide thru the weight loss
period. Take this time to re educate yourself on eating healthy and
maintaining your weight loss. Different people tolerate things, so don't be
discouraged if something on the list doesn't sit well with you. Move on to
the next thing. Your hunger will return, so really train yourself to
"eat to live ..not live to eat." This is a good motto for us wls
patients. Best of luck to you and remember to communicate with you
nutritionist..they are there to help you and guide you. Get their email
address..or phone. Hugs, Kim
