I did a lot of popcicles. Makes it feel like you are eating. Crystal light
or propel water is good. You will make it is gets easier with time.

Everyone is different on what they can tolerate. I found that jello works
well. Protein shakes, nice chicken soup. Maybe try sour cream, cottage
cheese... I was on soft foods week 2 and was eating soft eggs and more.. It
is a learning curve and you have to just try....

Try small sips, taken slowly. Clear liquids are definitely a good starting
point, until you can tolerate moving up. That means broth, water, plain
jello, apple juice, coffee, tea. Normally Sprite or other clear soda would
be included, but I'd stay away from anything carbonated. Watch to see if
temperature makes any difference. Start out by restricting yourself to
what you know you can tolerate, and then slowly add one thing at a time.
When you can tolerate that, then add something else. Try putting on some
relaxing music, take deep breaths, and do some visualization exercises.
Good luck. You can do it.

Protidiet, it is a concentrate that you mix with water, tastes great, comes
in many flavors I like the kiwi melon best, also has 15 grams of protein.
Good Luck.

I blended soups and then strained them to get some flavor. I enjoyed warm
things over cold like decaf tea. Finding a protein shake I liked was
difficult since my taste changed. I also add Anywhey to my shakes to boost
protein.Drink and eat slowly. Hang in there it will get better. If you can't
keep things down you should speak to your doctor. You don't want to get
dehydrated. Good luck.

sugarfree popcicles, v-8 juice heated and eaten like soup, water, flavored
water, milk, diluted fruit juice 50-50, broth, jello, I'd talk with my
nutritionist. Good luck

I like to eat bean juice. I love beans so I love the bean juice. Homemade
of course.

I used bottled water, Isopure liquid protein (it may not taste great, but
it agreed with me and gave me protein to heal), sugar free popsicles, and
herbal tea. My doctor said no apple juice.
