Go back to the basics: protein, veggies, water, vitamins, exercise and then
more protein and water. Also, talk therapy with an addiction specialist or
counselor is never a bad idea. Positive self talk. Forgive your mistakes
quickly and get over them.... get back on track and set goals for the
future. You can do this, we are in this for life. Setbacks happen, life
is hard. Just get back on track asap- don't wait until Monday or tomorrow-
just don't do it. Even if you can do 10 minutes per day of exercise, do
it. Little changes every day really add up.
