look on the home page on the left where it says Bariatric surgeon's..then select your state, and there is 1 at the bottom from your area

I live in Henderson, KY. Are you referring to a bariatric doctor? Dr. Throop is in Evansville. The webpage for their bariatric program is at http://www.stmarys.org/11584.cfm.
