Your insurance company can tell which co-morbs they accept. You can usually find this information on each insurance web site or call your company. That way you know exactly the requirements you must fulfill. Good Luck

Yes, you can get a whole list of co-morbidities but if your insurance doesn't have them on their list it won't help you anyhow. Find your information on your insurance website or call them..it will help in the long run
