I don't think that would be compatible. Their portions wouldn't be
something we could finish. And, they don't use Protein Supplements. Talk
with your doctor about what meal plan they recommend post op. That's the
one you need to follow. Good Luck!

As an ex professional Weight Watcher (been going on and off for 40 years or
so!) I agree with Shirley. I don't think you'd be able to integrate WLS
needs on a WW diet, and vice-versa.

I am 3 years out. At about 1-1/2 years I had lost 122 pounds. I gained
back about 13 pounds. I joined weight watchers some time ago. As of last
Saturday that regain was about 10 pounds. My leader is great and she does
know that I had WLS. My main reason for attending is the encourage I
receive from her lectures!@! I need support more often than once a month.

I think that it would probably depend on how far post op you are out. My
surgeon wants his patients to never never never eat bread rice and pasta,
as well as high fat foods and sugar. Good Luck

I have followed WW and have found it exetremely useful. However, I don't
count points or anything, but when it comes to making choices of what to
eat, if something has a higher number of points, i know it's probably not
in my best interest to eat it. My surgeon also knows that I followed WW
and said that it has worked great for me and not to change a thing!!
