Mine went down with the WL and I do exercises to firm that area, too from
the start. Basically, growl like a linebaker on a football team. Tighten up
all the muscles in your neck and chin area and growl....hold for like 10
seconds, release. I do 2 sets of 10 reps. I was doing it everyday in the
beginning, now like every other day or so. Seemed to help. My mom has been
doing it for years and she's got a beautiful single chin....there must be
something to it. LOL. Grrrrrrrr - get growling!!

My guess is as you lose moe weight you will lose that double chin. But like
the post you already received It sure could not hurt to do some chin
exercises to speed up the process. Best of Luck!! Mickey...........

it will be less prominant but you will have skin. You can try facial
execises but it will only do so much, relax and give it time.

I had a friend tell me to hang my head off the bed and use the weight of my
head lifting it toward the ceiling. I have tried this and it does work the
neck muscels.

Thanks for the growling exercises! I have a "turkey neck" too
and it is so unsightly....I look great except for that because the rest of
the loose skin either isn't bad or doesn't show! I have been using lots of
firming creams on the area, I don't know if it's made a difference....most
people don't notice the loose neck skin. It's really the least of my
problems now!

I used Avon's dramatic firming cream! It was awesome. No, I do not sell
avon:)))). It is inexpensive and works.
