I need information on Dr. Rout

I have my initial consultation scheduled on December 4th and want to have as much information as possible when going in. Does he have any weight loss requirements, does he perform lap rny, etc....?    — KARLA S. (posted on September 7, 2001)

I had my initial consultation with Dr. Rout in May. He was very business like and answered all of my questions. He doesn't do lap, only open. If you ask him, he'll tell you why. My surgery is scheduled for 9-20-01. Good luck!
