I think it depends on how much you feel you can eat. Sometimes I can eat 2
hard porched sometimes I can eat one.I hope this helped.

I usually eat one egg, sometimes I have a hard time even eating the whole

I could eat almost one for the first 2 years. Then, suddenly, they didn't
taste good to me. ?!? But I never depended on them for protein, so I
merely lost a treat, not a nutrition source. I've always met my protein
requirements with protein supplement, so never had to struggle in this way.
However, at the time I had my surgery, we were not given ENOUGH
supplemental protein, so I have experienced protein deficiciency, too.
Swollen ankles, no energy, pasty look, bad breath..... Nowadays, I have no
problem getting as much protein supplement in as I can, as I am NOT going
back there again!

I CAN EAT A SCRAMBLE EGG WITH CHEESE MIX IN IT AND I AM OK TO ADD TOAST TO
IT IS TO MUCH FOR ME. I TALK WITH THE DIET TECHIAN AND SHE SAID WE CAN HAVE
EGGS THERE REALLY IS NO LIMIT I THOUGHT EGGS EVERY DAY WOULD NOT BE GOOD
SHE SAID THEY ARE OK. SOMETIMES I MAKE HARD BOIL EGGS AND I HAVE ONE OR CUT
UP IN A SALAD.
