It's been a gradual change, and this summer has taken the last dairy, I can no longer tolerate any hard cheese, powdered cheese or milk. No more yogurt either. Am I the only one with this issue? I had my RN-Y a decade ago. I never had a problem with dairy until 2 months
ago. Now I am lactose intolerant. Funny it took 10 years. I use Lactaid and
it does work. Best of luck!
