Do you keep losing after 1 year out? I hope so

I had RNY 2 years ago..I have lost weight up until about 3 or 4 months
ago.. I have lost a total of 222 pounds...It was slow but I still
lost...Thats the best way to lose it..I finally stopped losing..Been
maintaining for about 6 months now..

Yes, the weight loss frequently will decrease in how much how fast but if
you stick to the lifestyle program and exercise, plus portion control.
You'll keep losing. Don't get in the position of "OH just a little bit
here & there won't hurt!"

Wait loss is very posible just harders since eating foods you had to skip
early one is easier now. watch what you eat and how often.

I lost 40 lbs after my second year. I was what they call a light weight. I
weighed 224 at the time of surgery. I weighed 240 at my top weight. One
year out I weighed around 150, and I was fine with it. I thought that was
it for me. But over the course of the second year, I slowly lost 40 more
just by sticking to the plan, and not training myself to eat more. See my

i lost 83 pounds my first year and 17 pounds the second year. now on year 3
and just aiming to not gain.
