I drank propel, sugar free kool aid, SF popsicles helped too..Broth helped sooth my pouch (I guess the sodium helped). I drank EA protein shakes from Wal-mart chocolate which has no sugar and 18 grams of protein in them. And they are cheaper than most brands of protein drinks..Plus it has alot of vitamins in it also.. Also sugar free jello helped too...Good luck I hope more people can add to this list.. But this is all I used for the 2.5 weeks post op liquid diet...

I drank "Nectar" brand protein power-Chocolate Truffle flavor mixed with 1/2 cup low fat soy milk water and ice-mix in a blender. It tasty.i also liked "Health Wise" brand chicken broth, hot chocolate, raspberry tea and grape cranberry drink. All have a good amount of protein and zero carbs. The more variety the better. You can buy all of these on the internet.

Hi! I drank water, milk, diluted fruit juice (100% pure but 50/50 diluted), chicken broth, heated v-8 juice that I seasoned with garlic and black pepper and ate like soup, frozen sugar free treats like popcicles, fudgies, and luigi's italian ice. You won't be hungry and it isn't as hard as many say. Good luck to you! hugs, kim

I drank ready-to-drink IsoPure (it's clear liquid with zero carbs and 40 grams protein) and fruit flavored herbal tea with New Whey Protein bullets (also clear liquid) in them. The protein bullets can be drunk by themselves, but they are a little viscuous (like slightly thickened jell-o) and tart. But, added to tea, they make it pleasantly tangy. Both are available at your local Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. I also drank warm broth, especially beef, and drank Nestle Flavor Splash with zero carbs, zero calories, and zero proteins (since I don't like just plain water). After you are off the clear liquid phase, bariatricEating.com's Peanut Butter Cookie Protein drink, Caramel Latte, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge drinks are all very high in protein, very low in fat, and reasonable in calories.
