I'm waiting to get a surgery date, so don't have firsthand experience yet.
But I've read that it is not at all uncommon to lose a little too much
weight at first, and then gain a little back as your body adjusts. Good
luck.

Juanita, I just got approved for RnY and I weigh almost the same as you
did. I'm at 240lbs. I'm curious, why do you want to gain weight? Size 0
is small, but are you unhealthy or weak? Are you uncomfortable at this
weight? I just saw a WL dr. the other day and he told me I would probably
only lose and get down to 160 or 170 lbs. I remember what I felt like when
I weighed that and I was still chubby and uncomfortable in clothes. You
said you lost 130 lbs so you're around 114 lbs? I would love to be that
weight. How long did it take you to lose that weight? I'm sorry I don't
have an answer to you question, but I am very interested in why you want to
gain. Thanks, Marcia
