I wish I knew I ordered in January and never have gotten one in the mail?

I thought it was just me! I also purchased a subscription in January and
never received an issue. I found the following email address on the OH
Magazine website and sent them an email today: [email protected]
I haven't heard anything back yet.

I subscribed last fall, but have only received one issue. Thank you for
this reminder to follow up. It sounds like we are all receiving poor
service!

I just called the toll free number and got voice mail. I left a message
telling them that several of us have not received our subscriptions and
that if they aren't forthcoming we may have to contact the better business
bureau. If you want to call them to ask about your subscription, the toll
free number is: 866-297-4966. The more of us who let them know we are
upset, the more likely they are to take us seriously.

I never received a call back from them, so I called again and this time
spoke to the accounting dept. who was upset that I bothered them so they
got the magazine dept. to actually speak to me. I was told that there was
a problem with the printer and it would be out to me soon. This is the
same excuse they gave me when I called back in March. I will wait about a
week for a magazine to arrive and If I don't get one I will be calling the
better business bureau to see if they can get to the bottom of this.

I just checked with the Better Business Bureau
(http://knoxville.bbb.org/wwwroot/report.aspx?site=57&bbb=0533&firm=4001157)
and they give the magazine an F for not deliverying issues or responding to
complaints.
