Does anyone know of a good dr for "revisions" in Montgomery county MD?

As a physician, I've heard very good things about Barry Greene, M.D. in Rockville. You might also speak with Michael Schweitzer, M.D. or Thomas Magnuson, M.D. at Johns Hopkins.

Dr. Barry Greene was my dr. I think he and his staff are the best. They are friendly, helpful but will tell it like it is. He is affiliated with Shady Grove Hospital. Good Luck

How long are you willing to travel and how close are you to Baltimore? I'm in Lancaster, PA and Baltimore is about 65 miles south of me. If you want to have a day trip, I would suggest Dr. Alan Brader out of Lancaster Bariatric.
