I bought some "exercise elastics" that you wrap around your hands and wrap around your foot and pull up (without lifting your foot) and I have reduced my "bat wings" by 2 inches each month. I do 5 sets of 25 3 days a week. If you have a physical therapy facility in your area. You can buy them their and I pay $2 for mine. They last about a month and you have to rebuy them as they tend to stretch out...but you could do the same thing with rope or something. There are also so exercise videos out there for arms that are good. Jane Fonda and Denise Austin have good ones that I use too. I think they are called resistance bands...now that I think about it.

A lot depends on your age. I am 62, and I do weight training at the gym. It has helped my neck and a great deal on my arms, but after 120 Lbs in loss, I can not add much more musele to the arms to stop the sking from hanging. If you are under 40, there is a good chance you can resolve it with the right excersize.

Hand weights...Start light 1 1/2 -3 lbs (cans of soup or water bottles good to start with...Work to heavier weights gradually) Hold weights at ears, elbowws bent and lift straight up...So several repetitions of 20-30 several times a day...Also stand, hold same weights straight down...swing elbows backwards to straightened position upward to about mid back and hold 5 seconds before releasing to start position. Simple...easy... effective...can do watching TV...before bed...leave weights at desk and do whenever you need a standing break! And all it takes is a few bottles of water! Then DRINK the water! LOL
