Go back to the beginning. You still have the same tool you had three years
ago. And call your doctor. They can help get you back on track.

I am 4 1/2 years post op and I weigh 25 pounds more than my lowest weight
and have been this same weight give or take 5 pounds for the past 3 years.
I think this is just the size that I am going to be. I wear a size 8 and I
am 5' 4" so I have no complaints. Your body may have just settled
into a comfortable weight.

4 yrs Post Op here...I recently gained 10 lbs of winter/holiday weight ( I
seem to every year, but take it off with exercise)...I am trying the 5 Day
Pouch Test as we speak...I am on Day 3 and I am beginning to get that
"new" feeling again. So far the test has completely rid me of
carb cravings and night time snack attacks. I feel better. My confidence
in my pouch is begininng to be restored. It's not really a diet, yet it is
at the same time. All I know is I feel so much fuller on so much less for
so much longer! If that's what you might need for a little motivation, the
test is easy to find with a search...I don't expect to lose weight on this
5 day test...but I see how it can help me get back on track...Hope that
helps

I am 4.5 years out and I recently had 2 babies in less than 12 months. I
have 20 pounds still hanging around that WON'T leave. Before I got
pregnant I had been at the same weight for 2 years. I believe that the
farther out you are the easier it is to add weight, and keep it, :(

Your not eating the right foods. I am 4 yrs hout and I havent gained a
pound. In fact since my last dr visit last year I lost a pound. Eat
healthier. Exercise. You dont have to go back to liquids but I would watch
the carbs, sugar anything high in calories and fat. Look at what your
eating on a daily basis. Write it down and see what you shouldnt be eating.

Diet and exercise and water girl. If we do it, we maintain or lose, if we
don't, we are dooming ourself to re-gain. If you need to visit weight
watchers or join a group, get a book, beg a friend, do whatever you need
to, but get on track. 30 pounds will turn into 100 before you know it if
you don't nip it in the bud. Going back to basics will always get you a
sense of control and desire to keep yourself on track. You also need to
look at the ques in your life that cause you to eat what you want. It may
be just the lust for food, or emotional issues that lead you to food. If
you don't deal with these as well, you set yourself up for problems. You
have come this far, you can face this 30 pounds and bet the little giant
before it gets to be a big giant. Take care. Patricia P.

If possible, watch this week's TLC show, Big Medicine. Not sure what day
it comes on ... Mon - Tues or Wed. Sorry. Anyways, they will be having a
patient on there that is gaining weight back several yrs after surgery.
Might can get some insight there.
