Does any one know if cigna hmo covers the lap band

I'm unaware of that, however, Cigna and Aetna are probably the TWO MOST WORST insurances to go through when it comes to Bariatric surgery. Just wanted to get you prepared. You have to wait 18 months until you can get pregnant.
