Yeah normal, plateaus are frustrating but to be expected:( Check your
measurements, while on plateau they will drop a lot. Dont fret your body is
just adjusting, 5LBS on 9 weeks is great!

~I think this is totally normal...i am 1 month post-op ; lost 22 lbs the
first 2 weeks and have'nt lost a pound since although i can feel slight
loss in inches @ certain areas...these plateaus are to be expected and
remeber everyone loses weight at a different pace, so don't get
frustrated...be patient and i have confidence that it will pick back up
soon...CONGRATS....on the 35 lbs soooo far, that is an awesome
accomplishment!!!! we all wish we could just go in and wake up
skinney...LOL, slowly but surely you will get there 1 lb @ a time...Good
Luck with the rest of your journey

My scale stopped moving in two different weeks and then I had a couple of
"wooshes" where 2-4 lbs were just suddenly gone. I keep eating
and exercising like my doctor told me to and it's still continues to come
down. Take care.

I stalled at 2 months out too. But from reading other profiles it seems
fairly common. Good news is that after 2 weeks of stall I started losing
again. I'm 3 months out now and down 48 pounds!!

Yes your body is adjusting to the changes.

It seems like the area around 30 pounds is big stalling point for many
many people, myself included! I lost in stalls and spurts all the way thru,
but I did it!
Hang in there and it will pass and you will be moving on down the scale.
HUGS!
