Hi Hailey,
I understand your confusion, I have researching alot on those things, What
particular ?do you have on these? after reading alot of past posts and info
it seems like there are alot of different opinions on these subjects, you
cand go to the home page and look under product evaluations and read what
others have to say about different products, but really I think from all I
read it is a personal decision on what products to use, as long as your
blood levels are ok. It will be interesting to see what some post-ops
recommend as I am still undecided. I read some info on Linda Ammonte? I
think that is her name she seems to have some good info, although I don't
know how the the realmeals are? Let me know if you get any great info, and
I will do the same.

CarbAdvantege is sold at Sam's Warehouse in bulk for $26.99 for 24. They
come in chocolate and are wonderful. They are great chilled.

Hailey,
I think best protein shake on the market is Nectar. I drink the Fuzzy
Navel and it tastes just like orange juice in the mornings. It has 26
grams of protein and tastes great. One of the best vitamins, according to
my Dietician, is OptiSource from WalGreens, 2 chewables in the morning and
2 in the evening and you're in great shape. Good Luck!
