How many cards daily should we averge @13 weeks?
Hi guys, doing ok on the weight loss so far(wish it was faster) minus 62lbs and I have very little carbs but what is a good number so I can track better on fitday? Love ya all..... — chinadoll_491 (posted on June 3, 2003)

I stay under 50 carbs a day. I try and use no more than 16 at a meal or a
snack. Occasionally I allow myself the rare increase. I follow the Atkins
plan as an example to eat by. Check out his site on the web. I also use the
Fitday.com site to journal my food. It keeps track for me of my protein,
carbs, calories, etc each day. I strive for 90 grams of protein a day. Good

I am 8 weeks on friday and I was on a plateat at 4 weeks. I broke my
plateau this past week and lost 9 lbs over the weekend. I cut my carbs back
and I am trying to keep them under 30 for a day. It seems to be working
well for me. I have also upped my Vit C because I am not eating the fruit I
used to.

I try to stay under 40 per day and using fitday is the only way I can do
it. They are everywhere. Tiny rotten little suckers! The average woman has
to eat 100 carbs per day to get out of ketosis. Interesting fact of the day
as presented to me by the nutritionist. Good Luck!

I don't count or restrict carbs as a rule but when I do I try to stay under
30 per day. To jumpstart a stalled weightloss or to lose rapidly, try less
than 20 a day or follow the Atkins guidelines.
