Question:
Anyone heard what is going on with Dr. O from Wilmington, N.C.?

I know that Dr O has started doing surgery again because they called me to go ahead with my original date of May 31.. HOwever, because an un straight answer is available to us on WHY he was suspended from the hospital, I have found a WONDERFUL Dr in fayettville, and I will have RNY in a couple weeks from him.... Sorry I did not really answer your question.

Last I heard he was working with another doctor somewhere near Raleigh or somewhere north of Wilmington. I am over 3 years post op with Dr. O and doing ok. I would still like the support of the doctor that did the actual surgery. I have tried getting appoitments with local surgeons but they do not want to deal with someone elses "work" if you know what I mean. Im sorry I dont have a definate answer but I heard he is doing surgery again. I dont know the details of why he stopped down in Wilmington but I do know I was one of his last few patients. Good luck finding him!
