Does anyone know what % Cigna PPO pays for WLS??

I have Cigna PPO and they paid mine at 70%. I live in Lakeland Florida, and there are no WSL doctors on my ppo plan. The hospital was a ppo provider, so my cost there was 216.00 total. hope this helps.

I also have Cigna PPO and my policy pays 90% and 100% after 1500.00 out of pocket expenses have been met,

Every CIGNA plan is different. Look at your card and it shoud tell you. If your hospital and physician are in-plan then they should cover 100%. If it's out, then it's up to your plan coverage is. If you have any questions regarding coverage, contact CIGNA. Their number is on the back of your card.
