Dose any one know of a post op diet for vbg ...and recipes

I know it's a little late for Donna, but I figured anyone checking the archives might be interested in the link... http://www.weightlossurgery.com/AfterTheSurgery.htm this one is for the Vertical Banded Gastroplasty and http://www.endowsec.com/pated/edtgs22.htm is for Gastric Bypass. Anyway, I hope they help someone.
