Question:
In 2006 does anyone know if UHC will overturn an exclusion on the insurance?

My sister is just now in the beginning steps of trying to get her denial overturned. She has UHC POS and they denied her because she did not have 5 years of being obese, just 2+ years. She is upbeat, hopefully she will get it overturned.

Check what exactly your insurance company's clinical guidelines are for the surgery, and try to match them to your situation. the more you comply, the more likely to get your surgey accepted.
