Get back to basics, return to your wls info. I know you don't want to see
those past days again, so get it together LOL you can do it. Just focus and
maybe even go see your dietition what ever it takes, do it before it get
worse. Good luck to ya.

Sometimes we eat more when we are trying to heal. Work at eating your
protein (and get in some protein shakes too) as this will speed your
healing. Start doing some walking for now; you can worry about weight
bearing exercise later. Walk 20-30 minutes a day and concentrate on protein
and water. My formula has always been PEW: protein, exercise, water! I've
had lots of plastics and these always got me through. hugs,

Reiko, it is not abnormal to gain back 10 percent of your loss at around
the 2 year mark, which you are fast approaching. This may explain some of
the gain. 15 pounds is not alot, but your right, its time to get back on
track to start making the scale go in the opposite direction before the 15
turns into 40. Since exercise is not an option for a little while, the
only way to do it is thru eating habits. Get the bad stuff out of the
house. Now! Start eating protein first at every meal and every snack.
Eat frequently, small amounts, until your comfortable, not necessarily
full. Up the water, and eliminate all other caloried drinks.Don't drink
with or right after eating and eat more dense foods to stay full longer.
And when you can exercise, add that. You can do this. One day at a time.
I am also 20 months post-op and I know its a day by day thing. I alter my
eating depending onwhat the scale says that morning. I allow a 2-3 pound
window and as long as I am in that window I can have my little sugar snacks
(which I live for!), go outside the window, and I'm cutting out snacks and
upping the exercise. Come up with a plan that works for you and stick to
it. You can do this!
