Mindy: You're welcome to use any of the recipes & tips for post-op's from my webpage, however, the ones on my webpage are offered for free and will remain so. I'm in the process of making my own WLS cookbook and should be ready to go to print in July. I have a good friend in Colorado Springs that's going to publish it for me.
